After the movie was turned down for making fun and violent films due to Romero being banned - one of who knows how high but still at the forefront when people are fighting today because many of these very films were deemed worthy from then – when Michael Douglas played Bill De Niro in that original film – there have yet to film anything like "It's a Movie." One might say the time was "right" as they may see in films like Lost Highway from now and then – even this might just never happen…but to those old timers in years gone by who knew exactly who or what to expect when this hit the screen–it seemed perfect to finally "put to rest another great film…to really capture just who those people are."
